2-1=more work
my boss of three years is an asshole.
-she has our 21 year receptionist do our accounting...
needless to say our paychecks have bounced before
-she goes on vacation for WEEKS and WEEKS to remote islands and then gets pissed off with you for not keeping her informed, when she hasn't opened up her email box in weeks.
-she doesn't know how to double click on an email attachment, so she forwards them to you to ask you to print them out for her.
-when a senior coworker quit, she gave me all of her projects.
needless to say, no pay raise...i work 80+ hours. (i think rite aid pays more than this job)
-she is published everywhere in trade journals but never uses the word "we" EVER.
-two people have recently quit with a one line email to her.
the paycheck thing is pretty bad, the rest of it is pretty much typical big-wig asshole behavior.
Sounds like it’s time for a new job… you probably have lots of good experience from the workload you’ve taken on.
I can say you are bug for your self. Quit job, do somehitng intrest on your own..Eaarn money..Think..think..thnk about new business..
I am having the same problem as you are facing. One senior left and I have to do his work. I work 9AM to 7PM daily and still get nothing and not even a decent pay raise. I have planned to leave the job soon and you should toooo quit the job and let the boss realise your importance.
Don’t just quit, talk others into quitting with you!
