Anal Boss

I worked for an insurance agency for about 3 years. In the beginning it was good and I really liked my job. The owner of the company was retiring and gave the business to his son to take over. Well that was it. The agency went paperless and everything was done through the computer. Honestly no big deal. He was so anal we had to put notes in the system worded the way he wanted it. If not he would write you up & give you a certain amount of days to improve. He would critize you if you wore something he didn't like or if you didn't speak intelligently enough for him. He also mentioned that if he could he would put a microchip in everyone's brain so they could think & be like him.
Before I left he set up my email to where it would be forwarded to him when I emailed someone. He wanted to see who I was talking to. He even made me go a different way to the bathroom b/c I was good friends with the receptionist & he said that it was unprofessional when I have a job to do. He was too anal for me. No one was allowed to talk to each either. And he didn't like kids!!!! I have 3. A friend of mine was let go b/c her daughter was sick. When I gave my 2 weeks I was so relieved. I am do glad those days are over.
