Boss half my age is jerk
I am a 40 years old, working at the same agency for 15 years and my boss who only got to where he was today because his dad is vp of marketing, is my boss. All he does is say how great he is and he even had the nerve to say the only reason i got to where i am is becaues i knew people. He also constantly makes jokes about my weight. I wish i could only respond about his hair plugs.

Just respond the rashly you can and let his father know whos knows better YOU or him.
I think you have to come up with some diplomatic ideas. The situation that you are into is unfortunate, but there is a way out. You have to be aggressive, outspoken and need to create your requirement. I started of as a small Engineer and now I am the regional MD of the same company. You have to ruthlessly crush people who prove to be fatal in your success path. Don’t be afraid and follow thruth and success will follow you. You are heavyweight!! thats a plus point man. How about giving a jab to your boss :-)

Jokes that make you uncomfortable is harassment and is illegal. You can point that out to him next time he makes one.
Report him to HR. Report him to the Labor Department. Harassment of any kind is highly illegal in the work place.
Carry a comb and every time he sees you, start combing your hair in the location where he has his plugs.
film him doing embarrassing things and then show them to everyone and shame his ass out
