My company...Where do you start? Ever wonder why you are never given the information you need to do a job? Does your supervisor ever tell you what is legal and what is not? Had you ever had to ask for things that you should not have to ask for? Have any of your bosses told you, you are not doing your job while it is them that does not prvide the tools?
This is my Boss. Self destructor and anyone with in 100 feet..kind a like a suicide bomber but not so bloody. Unfortunatly her boss and his boss too are like a little sleeper sell who came up into the company destine to destroy anything in thier way. They want to root out hard working inteligent people and replace them puppets.
You no the ones they rat out every conversation to the company leaders and they in turn send out the axe man. I am like the mighty warrior against their mission and standing ground in the face of a billion dollar company with not one attorny but a firm. Do I fear them..no. Do they intemidate me..no.
My point, people are a creature of habit and you have to stop repeating. The defanition of Crazy..is to repeat something the same way and expect a diffrent out come. You got a bad boss in any nature..Stand your Ground. Learn your rights prepare yourself with knowledge. It may not change my boss but I bet they will suffer if the company is embarissed buy them.
It's only a job do not fear them. They want you to fear them. How many times have you heard " I'll write you up "...What is a write up really? Will the cops come get me? OOOh..they'll tell my mother. Its play ground bulley's and every one knows what to do with them. Offense is the best deffence. Keep cool and keep smileing and if they mess with you mess with them. That is what I am doing to my bosses. It is fun and creativity is a plus. Do you think the boss is going to set you up for failure...you bet your but they will, if they want you out. Think fast on your feet use your head and even if you lose your job. Ahh yes it is only a job. Go get a good one and dont forget to have fun.
Learn to spell properly and most of your problems will be solved. Education is the key to happiness.

I concur with the previous comment. Your spelling is atrocious. In addition, you cited no specifics as to why you dislike your boss(es).
Maybe a spell checker is one of the tools the boss isn’t providing. Seriously, when you post something as illiterate as this, your credibility comes in question. So does admitting to topedoing your bosses. No one gives you the tools and information you need to do your job? How about taking some responsibility to get them for yourself. Here’s an idea: stop bitchin’ about how bad it is where you work and make an effort to make it better. If you spent half the effort playing mind games with the boss on doing your job, you might earn some respect from him and not get any more “write-ups”. So you don’t fear your bosses? Good, you shouldn’t. You should fear your pissy attitude and how it’s going to get you fired from this and any other job you feel owes you a living. Do some soul searching, dude.

I do not know what the person’s complaint against his boss is, and his poor spelling, grammar, etc., don’t make anything clear. If he simply doesn’t like her, well, that happens.
This person writes llike they are international and may not have mastered our language yet. It is true though, where lies the specific problems with the boss. Maybe just venting is what this whole site is about. This is not Federal Court but a Bitching Site.

And on the eighth day, God said let us go down and create a program that may check spelling and grammar so that people may not look as idiotic as they actually are, and we may call it “Spellcheck.” And God said that it was good.

Ok, so I honestly tried to read this post to glean a kernal of knowledge because I do have a problem with my boss, and the boss’s boss, and so on. But this was a waste of time. But I will say this, at least I have intelligence on my side when confronting the problem. Makes all the difference in the credibility department.
