eron boy?

I work in a small but sometimes very busy map store for downtown Seattle. My boss is cool but takes off quite a bit to handle business in different cities. When she is gone the interim boss who is a total snob is in control. Her name is Kristy and she is the step daughter of the boss. When we are not too busy I can count on little nick picky chores like dusting the vent system out or washing the soda machine good. The whole time Kristy might be picking her toes or talking on the cell phone. The other thing that drives me nuts is she will send me to get her Subway sandwich with all sorts of ingredients. The other day I went and got her a footlong meatball sub and it has cheese on it. She did not want cheese so she sent me back to get it right. When I got back the front door was locked and she had the closed sign up. I called her and she was on her way home, she said that it was slow and that we could all go home today. It was 2:00pm. I don't get a ride until after 5:00pm.

Next time she sends you to get her lunch do something to her Sandwich (ie: spit, urine, dog feces, etc...)

Your boss is:

1. Inconsiderate
2. Immature
3. Inexperienced
4. Dare i say, incompetent?

Years ago I had a similar boss. I worked retail. For years I had coveted a job working at a "hip" clothing retail store at one of the coolest malls around. Long story short, the GM would give me the worst schedule available. She would have me open the store with her. I would leave my house early in the morning, sit in traffic for about 45min. to go about 10miles down the freeway and then when I got to the store, my GM wouldn't even be there to let me in the store. She would casually arrive literally 45min. late while I sat outside the store on the ground in the mall before the mall even opened. She'd walk up and say "oh sorry"..... She tried to put me on call too. I would have to be in constant contact with the store during my on call shift, BUT they never called me in to actually work. It was a major waste of my time. I was carrying about 18-21 units in college too. Finally i stopped showing up on time/on the dot. I got tired of waiting around for 45min. so early in the morning when i could have been sleeping. My boss tried to yell at me for it. I told her when she showed up on time to let me in the store so i could begin my work, i would be there on time too. She never said a word after that. I ended up quiting about 1 month later when we were in our holiday/Christmas rush and some how i was given like 5hrs a week to work cuz we weren't that busy (yeah right).
