What others think
Fire me if you don't trust me
I can't believe my boss. She doesn't trust anything I do. Last week we met with a client and she asked me to put together a presentation. Then as usual she re-did the entire thing. I just don't know why she does that.
She did that because your presentation sucked.
maybe there’s something wrong with your work….And she’s just being polite; Does she get the thumbs up for the work? If so, maybe she can tutor you on presentation and writting skills..
She is a person with no vision of her own. She asks you to put together the presentation because she does not know where to start or does not want to spend the time it takes to get the basic outline and ideas down. After you have presented it to her, she re-does it because she wants the credit for work she can change slightly or improve upon, when she has not really done the hard part.
MINE IS A SISSY ASS TALKITIVE WONT SHUT THE FUCK UP TYPE PERSON AND I COME IN AT LIKE 8:20 IN THE MORNING BUT DONT START WORK TILL NINE AND HE THINKS OH HES HERE EARLY SO I’LL MAKE HIM WORK BUT I GET PAID FROM 9-5…NOT 8:20 – 5….AND HES A BITCH OF THE SYSTEM…
Sounds like my boss. She re-does much of my work. She is obsessive compulsive and spends literally hours and hours compiling data for reports that her supervisor will only give a cursory glance to.
Mental, that one.
Some managers do not understand that SOME employees actually put pride and in their work. If your manager demeans your work and re-does your projects with regularity, obviously there are a few things that are common denominators. You & your actions, your boss and your boss's actions.
When you come up for a review, which should be plainly stipulated, I would bring this matter up. Stand tall and be proud of your work. Convey how your boss's actions degrade your work ethics and make you feel less than adequate. Without whining, present yourself as a company asset. Come prepared to list all the positive things you have done to benefit the company and dont stretch the truth. Have hard evidence with you.
