He has no feelings

This guys might be the biggest dick I have ever encountered. As the account manager on a project- I felt it was my duty to keep my team motivated on a project even when it was a totally stupid project. One of the juniour designers, being paid a staggering $10.00/hr by the dip-shit that ran this company stayed at work half the night working on a redesign of a homepage for a major online auction site, a project that should not even have been assigned to him, particularly as he was given no art direction from the aforementioned dick. The next morning/noon when the dick boss rolled into work at 11:30- knowing the concept had to go to client at noon, his only comment was a slight grimmace and a "meh- yikes. try again" and then waddled off with his jeans slipping halfway down his fat ass.
