I worked for a half man

So this is the story....this LOSER of a boss was ultra sensitive and if you didn't stroke his balls he would cry (literally) and would contemplate firing you! No joke!!! Dumbass ends up having an affair for 2 years with a woman in my office...there were only 6 of us!!! The reason he was called Half Man was b/c he was short, fat and and couldn't find a job in a real Ad Agency so he created his own. He pitched multiple clients the same idea!!! Loser! Oh and the best part...after he confessed his affair to his wife, clients and staff ... I made him cry!! Because he actually thought that he could be friends with his mistress...so he then found Jesus and became a born again Christian...good times!

Office affairs are always stressful unless your in the affair. Well, I guess it’s stressful then as well but at least it’s fun.

I think you enjoyed the payback a little too much. This guy certainly deserved to be caught having the affair, but you didn't say much about how badly he treated his employees. Your story does look like you were a bit jealous... not of the affair or the woman he was having the affair with, but probably the attention and special treatment this person was receiving from the boss.

There are only two girls that work in our office including myself. My boss hired a second girl about a year and a half ago (who he previously worked with at another firm). At that time, my boss just met his wife and he asked this girl that is in the office now, we will call her marge, to go to Florida with her. She declined because of his relationship with his now wife. Marge ended up getting pregnant by her soon-to-be husband and became a stay at home mom for four years and now she is back to work with my boss and me.

My boss isn't having an affair per say but there are things that happen in the office between them that are becoming very obvious and very "friendly". She wears mini jean skirts to the office and my boss has admitted to me that some things have happened, i.e. back rubs. He has now give her the billing to do at the office, has given her more work, gave her an appeal to work on that she has never done and paid her for her time on it and various other things. Mind you I am suppose to be the office manager.

I have confronted my boss several times before warning him about the whole office affair relations and how it is not worth losing your family over, kids, etc. He "appreciated" my concern and took my "lecture" in consideration. I feel he thinks I am jealous and threatened by her which is not the case AT ALL! I recently walked in on the two of them talking about me and how I don't take a lunch so they can have their alone time. I confronted my boss yet again and to no avail he told me what I wanted to hear like the other times. What should I do? What can I do? I do not want to rat the both of them out to their spouses, yes they are both married, with children because then I will feel guilty for being the cause of the home wreckage. Please help!

FOR THE COMMENT JUST ABOVE THIS ONE: You can't save someone from themselves. I realize your intentions are good but do you really want to get involved in someone else's affair? Do yourself a favor and start looking for another job.

The last thing you need is to get caught in the marital affairs of two of your co-workers. They are both adults, and know the difference between right and wrong. They do not pay you to point this out for them. You were hired to be the office manager and right now they are impeding you from doing your job. Give your two weeks notice and remove yourself from the situation. This can only backfire on you if you go to their respective spouses. Remember you are the office manager, not their marriage counselor.

Marge is having a little fun and so is your boss. Let them do it for all their lives. How does it affect you dear? If you feel left out, then there are 3 guys in your office to choose from!!!
