my boss is always quiet normal in most of the times but when ever he angery he irretating me in their action, in their word his son is behaving the same manner

What a jerk! It’s incredible that these sort of people are in charge of managing others. Get them fired if you can.

This sounds like my boss. He has gone to funerals of people that he barely knew (a friend of a cousin’s neighbor) just for paid time off, yet when my father-in-law died he couldn’t believe that I was taking company sanctioned 3 days off for the funeral.

Some people are too stupid to breathe and they should not be allowed to be in the company of others much less manage a group of people and/or a business. You just have to hope that this person will not breed and if so, then pray for our children and grandchildren.

I can relate….Sorry about your losses. If your boss is any where near as incompetent as insensitive kill her with kindness, let her superiors know about her mistakes including her comment, and try to go elsewhere if she’s not.

Whoa whoa whoa… although the comment may have been insensitive and altogether inappropriate, take into consideration that some people aren’t blessed with good social skills. Being a rep in any profession, everyone is encouraged and actively motivated to keep a positive attitude. Responding to such a terrible series of events (especially in a group) would be difficult for anyone in any situation. Sounds to me like your boss just didn’t know where to draw the line between keeping you motivated and showing empathy in your difficult time.

Reminds me of a common joke about bosses.
Once the major body parts in a body, the brain, heart, stomach, kidney, had a fight for deciding who would be the Manager. During this fight the Ass hole also lay claim to the Managerial title, all of other laughed at him. So Ass Hole went on a strike, and after a couple of days Brain started going dizzy,with heart pounding fast, with kidney and stomach getting swollen. At last all organs joined together and made Ass Hole as the manager.
Moral of the Story: You don’t need brains to be a manager, any Ass Hole would do…

She sucks ass. Thats harsh and exposes her for the piece of crap she is; no excuse for a comment like that, none. She'll get what's coming to her.
