When he arrived , to make himself look good and earn himself a bonus , he tried to make half the security shifts redundant after stating that at night they were merely "nightwatchmen"....then bigs-up his department when he at a conference.What he doesn't know is that I have a copy of the report !

He is a bully but sometimes subtle about it, totally ignoring and congratulating 4 members of his staff who were given an award for service to the organization ; ignores members of staff with more experience of the world famous building we work in ; his management style is " smoke and mirrors " ; he is a liar and plays favourites especially when it comes to overtime , courses and annual leave.

It's got to the stage now where no one talks to him about problems but send him e-mails so he can't say that he has not been told as he has done in the past.
