Micro Manager of The Year
My boss is such a bitch. Not only does she doubt your knowledge, she likes to quiz you on the medical term until you've got nothing to say, just to make the point that she's so much smarter than you. Also, like many others micro mgr, she likes to see what i'm doing and unfortunately i sit just behind her. She likes to ask what i'm doing and makes suggestions to how i can do it. I didn't even ask for an opinion. It is like nothing i do is ever good enough for her. Its like i must do it HER way. Now i can't be bothered. When she gives her 2 cents worth, i just shuts off and go into my happy place...
Ever stop to think that she is just trying to help you do a better job? If you don't appreciate it just tell her you prefer to do it your way. By the way, if your ability to do your job is anything like your grammar in the post, you could use the help.
SOSIALISM WILL SOLVE THESE LITTLE PROBLEMS!
Well, She's your boss and maybe she don't like the way you do things. So, if she tells you to do it a different way then that's what you had better do. After all, that's what boss's do. She's just doing her job . If you don't like it then quit! Replacments are easy come by these days.
