My Ex-Boss

He used to suck the blood out of everyone under him. He would credit only those who had strong networking and loud speaking capabilities. He ignored the intelligent and sensible communicators saying he didn't need them.

You should note the fact that this is IT services company. I once decided to resign because of poor salary and no recognition. He stopped me by saying that he would give me a promotion and an on-site opportunity in the US. I did go to the US (more because of the relationship I had with my then on-site co-ordinator).

I returned back from the US after 14 months and had the bad luck to be put under the same guy again. The promotion which he said he would give me 2 years ago was given now. But there was no pay hike for that. I was getting a salary which was 10% higher than what I was getting 3 years ago. Think of beating the inflation !!!

Finally when I had other offers and went to this guy for the final good-bye he asked me the reason for quitting. When I had given the same, he acted as though I should be the happiest person because of the person. So guyz, beware of this guy. If you are going to an account/Project managed by him you better be careful..... I had to end my stay at that job because of him.
