Never gets out of home

My boss is a unique example. He talks to his wife all day. He misses meetings as he is talking to his wife all the time. The sad part does not end there. Then he inflicts the agony of telling everyone what they talked about. We think our reviews are probably written by his wife, as she must be knowing everything about office. It does not end there. Whenever he senses the workload may increase he goes on a vacation, whereas for all of us he counts every minute of a 8 hour day. Because of constant talking on phone, he misses pre meeting reading material, and ends up looking like a fool in front of everyone.

He preaches all about professionalism, how people should behave and stuff like that, without realizing how much of a fool he makes of himself.
