"No Social Tact"
Dave , awkward, creepy and all-around prick around the office. His ability to micro-manage surpasses his ability to silence the chatter of a room with the cold chill of his presence. He “managed†to hold the record for amazing retention numbers at losing an astonishing 1.74 people a month (on average over two years). He would scold employees for taking time off to attend a close family member’s funeral. His love for silently watching your monitor was almost as frightening as his enjoyment for passing you in the hall and staring at you in a dead stop with complete silence. He had his good moments – such as not coming into the office. Working directly for him, my favorite part of the day is when he would mumble something to me in public – I would respond with “what was that?†and his reply, “Just say Yes!†I would say, “Yes?†and he would laugh so much as every ounce of self-respect I had slipped right out the door.
He is a testament to what happens when immaturity, inexperience and inappropriate behavior is thrown into a vice-president position.
I could not understand what you are saying.
We must work closely togeather since I have a blithering dumbass who constantly whines and kisses ass all day.
