Peeks at My Screen

When he walks by, he often takes peeks at my instant messages, emails and code on my screen. Then when he talks to someone else, he repeats those ideas, solutions, and comments almost verbatim as if they were his own. I'm developing a habit to lock my screen, even if I'm away from my cube for less than a minute.

I guess that's one way to keep your memory sharp.

They make these screens that fit over computer screens so they can’t be viewed at an angle. I think they’re made by 3M. Anyway, that might help! And yes, lock your computer if you’re away for a minute. And any time he walks by and peeks, minimize the screen and ask if he needs anything! Good luck!

boss and employers are allowed to look at screens and other thing like persononal E-Mail and Work E-Mails most places have a screen recording thing that goes to an administrators computer and if you loook at non work related things no matter what it is they have proof and can possibly get you fired

Ever think of the lost productivity that daily msn use contributes to? True he shouldn't be using your ideas, but to use company resources to chat with your friends equates to stealing from the company.
I have personally had to fire several people for porn at work, msn abuse and other related mis-use of company equipment.
