Skilled Laborer

I've been working for a construction company for about three months now and was told that I will become a supervisor for metal buildings. Ever since I started I have done nothing but concrete. Going from an industry of building metal building to nothing but concrete is really getting me down. I don't get as many hours and have been told that there are no benefits and I will only receive 8 hours of vacation as compared to 40 hours vacation compared to most other companies that I have worked for in the past. Pretty much the person whom hired me is a Lying sack of shit!!!
