The Area Manager and Revenue Manager are ripping off most of us
I work for a Rent-A-Car company. One that calls itself #1 in the industry, with some gold service for their customers. The company in itself isn't that bad to work for. I have medical, dental and vision benefits. Not for free though. But it's better than not having anything at all. But the problem is the local area management. We as a CSR (Customer Service Rep) have to sell additionals for the rental customer, in order to to qualify for a bonus. Some of us are very good at it and some are not. WE all do our best, but the management team does not care for it. They only discriminate the "not so good CSR's" and do not distribute the bonuses, equally. Well, we are all tire of this bull crap and we are going to retaliate. Not by force. No. We are going to get organized and hopefully this will change. Well, that's that.
