What others think
Using the toilet
Years ago, when I worked at the research library of an international bank in New York City, our tyrant old-maid boss made us ask to go to the toilet. We had to use a euphemism: going down the hall [which was where the ladies room was].
Not one of the women there was under 30. It was just like kindergarten working for this piece of work. Humiliation and control were the gods she lived by.
not only is it humiliating, but also illegal. check your state labor laws to see what is covered. we used to have to take of our bathroom needs on our 10 minute breaks.. which come after 2 to 3 hours into the shift. always felt sorry for those who had more active bladders, as they would have to wait.then some smart coworker looked up the calif. labor code and noticed that we did’nt have to wait. now we get to go when we need to and not just on the breaks.
It’s also a big health risk to hold it in. Bladder infections, Kidney infections… etc. No one has ever been able to tell me I can’t go to the bathroom. It’s unhealthy and I’d rather play in front of a speeding Mack truck than hold it because of someone’s quota.
I hate people like that. I had a boss who not only stood outside the door & timed us, but also had the balls to ask what we were doing in there that took so long!
People like that definitely have potty training issues.
A wad of wet toilet paer to her face!!!!!!!!
