Political Boss
The one whose formula is simple, reject good work done, add mistakes (defined later) in a list. Does not take effort in correcting or enhancing the team, rather, when list is done, when there is a important turn in growth, slows down according to the list.

Has monkeys in his team. The monkeys are used to monkey around (swing around) and collect information about the work floor and feed it to the boss. There is sometimes a race in these monkeys to inform to boss which is well observed. These monkeys pretend to be our friends and care takers..

The mistakes are defined as:

1. Anything done against/without informing/on your own.

2. Failed to follow discipline (discipline generates results not process or effort).

3. If anything done better than the boss.

4. If observed with same person for 10 times.
