What are you doing?

I just started at a company and one of my bosses never says anything to me other than "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" in a very accusatory way. When I tell him what I'm working on, he doesn't give me eye contact and then walks off while I'm in the middle of talking. On other occasions, he has called me in his office to discuss projects and while I'm sitting there he makes me sit there while he makes personal calls about what he's doing next weekend. When I try to make small talk and say "Hi" he either ignores me or just rams into my chair while he's staring at his blackberry. He also makes me stay late and work on projects that he says are due that night, but doesn't look at them until a week later.
