worst boss

I joined the company as a fresher. I worked very hard more than any one else in the team but he was never happy. He always wanted to prove that he is able to get more work done from freshers to impress his boss. Even if u have to take leave on sunday u have to beg. For him going at 8 is early he always kept an eye on when people are leaving. During client visits he takes all the credit but for any problem whole blame is mine. Even after working so hard during appraisal he was not willing to talk to me and avioded me and ruined my appraisal without even giving me a reason. When I told him about that he told me that appraisal don't make any difference.
